Matt Weaver, Director of Resource Development

Matt Weaver joined TESH in August 2008. Matt is responsible for the fundraising efforts which include community outreach, donor cultivation, event planning, and public relations.

Prior to joining TESH Matt interned with the Post Falls Urban Renewal Agency (PFURA). There he worked with the Executive Director to manage the six urban renewal districts in the City of Post Falls. Prior to PFURA, Matt served as the Economic Development Specialist with the Canyon/ Caldwell Economic Development Council in Caldwell, Idaho. There he was responsible for the creation and implementation of a Business Expansion and Retention Survey, community marketing, and site selection services.

Matt is a graduate of The College of Idaho where he studied economic development and earned a BA in Business and International Political Economy. During his tenure at The College of Idaho Matt was elected Student Body Vice President and Student Body President during his junior and senior years, respectively.

Matt's fundraising achievements include heading the Senior Legacy Campaign, which produced the highest giving rate ever achieved by a senior class at The College of Idaho.
