Terri Johnson is the Manager of the Adult Services Program. She has been with TESH since 1999, and has managed the adult Medicaid program since 2000. Ms. Johnson has established the high standard TESH maintains for all programs, assuring Health & Welfare and CARF requirements are consistently met.

The Adult Services Program includes Life Skills Training, Employment Skills Training, and an Adult Activity Center. Ms. Johnson provides oversight to the Developmental Specialists and Activity Center Supervisor, the 20 Rehabilitation Technicians who teach the classes, the Speech Pathologist, and Supportive Counselor. Ms. Johnson continues to maintain a client caseload herself as well.

Prior to joining TESH Ms Johnson was an office manager for a marketing firm. For nine years she was in Elementary Education teaching grades 2-6, and coordinating music studies for grades K-8. She also taught the use of computers to 4th through 8th graders. Ms. Johnson spent a number of years working with children with learning disabilities, working one-on-one teaching math, language, spelling, and reading skills.

Ms. Johnson earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Education from Columbia Christian College. She is certified as a Developmental Specialist for Adults, and is also certified in Early Service Coordination.
