Livia Ivascu

Manager, Family Support Services

Livia Ivascu joined TESH as Manager of the Family Support Services in April 2007. She brings with her a strong passion and dedication to helping others and the community, along with five years of experience working with adults and children with developmental disabilities.

Prior to joining TESH, Ms. Ivascu coordinated Consumer Services for four years in another state where she provided direct case management to persons with developmental disabilities. She also analyzed and interpreted client functional levels, assessing the independent living skills of each individual in context of their environment and available supports. She is experienced in developing service plans, developing community supports, crisis intervention, and coordinating placements.

Ms. Ivascu is also an experienced Employment Specialist. She provided comprehensive employment training under the Workforce Investment Act (WIA) and provided employment counseling, including eligibility determination, assessment and placement.

Ms. Ivascu graduated from California State University San Bernardino with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology.
