Pam Harris, Manager, Retail
Pam Harris has worked for TESH, in a variety of rehab positions, since 1989. Her current role is to oversee and manage TESH's retail store in Post Falls. The Post Falls Thrift and Consignment Store sells a wide range of both donated and consignment items. The store also offers employment opportunities for people with disabilities and serves as a training and evaluation site for Idaho Vocational Rehabilitation referrals.
Prior to joining TESH, Ms Harris worked as an Eligibility Examiner for the Department of Health & Welfare in Coeur d'Alene for 2 years and spent 3 ½ years as a Bookmobile Librarian for Kootenai County. She taught Elementary Education & Resource room for the White Pass School District and was the Learning Resource Coordinator for the Cispus Environmental Center in the state of Washington. She also owned and operated two stores which sold used and consigned items.
Ms Harris earned her Masters degree in Adult Education, with an emphasis in Human Resource Development, from the University of Idaho. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Education from Washington State University, with certification as an elementary and secondary teacher. She has earned a Certificate in Rehab Administration from Western Washington and is certified as a Developmental Specialist for Adults in Idaho.
