Gary Chiaravalli, Director, Business Center
Gary Chiaravalli, Business & Employment Center Director, joined TESH in September 2005. Mr. Chiaravalli is responsible for the Production Services, Janitorial Services, and Employment Services departments.
Expansion of existing programs, evaluating the local market for potential avenues of entry, and the creation of new revenue streams will be the primary focus for the coming year.
Mr. Chiaravalli earned a Bachelors of Science in Packaging Engineering from Michigan State University. He spent two years as a Project Engineer at a New York testing laboratory before transitioning into the disability field as a Vocational Trainer and Quality Control Manager for a rehabilitation facility in Washington. From there, he moved into the residential side of service provision and spent five years overseeing a Seattle-area Supportive Living program.
After relocating to Colorado, Mr. Chiaravalli spent seven years as the Community Integrated Employment Coordinator for Foothills Gateway, a CARF Certified, Agency of Distinction. That position's responsibilities included oversight of residential and commercial cleaning crews, administration of a NISH service contract, individual job placements, and enclave development and maintenance.
