In the last 18 years, the cost to the private agencies who are providing the developmental therapy has increased 51.3% but the reimbursement rates from Medicaid have increased only 7.4%. Nearly half of the cost of providing services is not covered by Federal and State Medicaid. As a result,
We believe it is important to ensure that DDA services remain available to individuals with disabilities so they can continue to live and participate in their homes and communities.
