Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR) is a Medicaid-reimbursed service available to children and teens. PSR is a one-to-one individualized service whose objective is developing basic life skills in a natural environment to individuals with mental illness. Strength-based, client-centered everyday skills are planned with the client's participation and provided in a suitable setting.
